A LA CARTE

We offer A La Carte and Tours.  A La Carte means you can purchase and download our itinerary for individual destinations.  The itinerary will tell you step by step where to stay, what to see, where to dine, where to shop, and experiences to have.  It is like having a Delhi native and friend plan out a tour of “the greatest hits” for you. The download includes a write-up and explanation of each site, restaurant, hotel, and experience you will have.  It also includes stories about Indian culture, unique qualities, and history.  It is like having your own private guidebook!

We also offer Tours which are very popular. (See "Tours" page.) Phil leads them.  Each morning, he will provide you with a 30 minute history and stories of the sites and experiences you will see and have that day.  Throughout the tour, he guides you and offers insights on the sites which he has often visited many times.  He is a great student of India and reads immensely. He loves to share stories.  He hires local experts at each site to lead you.

On our tours, you only do what you want!  We lay out a plan for each day.   If you feel like doing something other than the plan--shopping, getting clothes tailored, exploring on your own, or lying by the hotel pool—do it.  This is your trip.  The only thing we encourage is joining the group each evening for cocktails to hear about what happened that day and to learn what will happen the next day.
